At Skadi Electronics, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box and drop off the shipment at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
